Project Overview

A comprehensive Power BI solution designed to monitor global sales health, regional performance, and agent productivity. This report enables stakeholders to identify high-performing territories and pinpoint which products (Bars, Bites, or Other) are driving the most significant profit margins.

Key Features & Insights

• Core Business KPIs: Tracks Total Sales ($34.04M), Total Profit ($20.52M), and a healthy Profit % of 60.29% at a glance.

• Time-Series Analysis: A trend line showing Sales by Year and Month, highlighting a significant peak in late 2023 followed by a volatile start to 2024.

• Geographic & Team Breakdown: Visualizes sales distribution across six major regions (led by New Zealand) and four internal teams (Jucies, Delish, Yummies, and Tempo).

• Dynamic Agent Spotlights: Features a dedicated "Individual Performance" section with a photo-ID filter. For example, it tracks agent Van Tuxwell’s specific contribution of $1.38M in sales with an above-average profit margin of 64.65%.

• Product Composition: A donut chart reveals that "Other" products account for over 50% of total sales value, followed by Bars and Bites.
